How are the bargain books from barnes and noble?

has anybody ordered the bargain books from barnes and noble? It says on the site that its new but has markings on it…
i just want to know if the bargain books are good

      They’re new, they’re just cheaper.

      I have bought some, and they do come with some marks, but I would assume that is from the shipping, because I have also bought them in the store, and they are like new. The mark that they are talking about is done with a permanent marker, and is either a line drawn across the bar code on the back, or a line across the pages on the bottom (done when the book was closed, so you don’t see it unless you flip the book upside down), or else it’s a dot on the page fronts that you see when the book is closed. They are not noticeable, and are definitely worth it.
