how to bargain with parents to get a car?

my dad refuse to get me this really nice cheap i found car and so im trying to think of ways to bargain with him to maybe make some kind of deal with him. see i saw this really nice used car but my dad said that they wont get me a car until im 17. so i need some suggestions as to what i can do to either bargain and or plead him to get me a first car. A job is out of the quesion for i am leaving at the begining of summer and will only be able to work a few weeks before i go. plus my mom wont let me get a job until i have a car. my dad has two cars and wont let me even drive them without his suppervision.

no im not being imature, im just wanting suggestions how to bargain with him on what i can do to get him to buy and or split price with my mom. i have no way of getting money. also i do most chores around the house and have many after school activities. please help me out i need suggestions

my parents are divorced and my mother is pissed at my dad.
i am not immature. why does everybody think im imature cause i want a car, and have to leave to take care of my dying grandmother. oh im so immature that my grandmother was given 6 months. yeah im just a baby for that arent i. jerks
