Can you bargain with the Sandals resort people for a better deal?

I am looking to surprise my husband with a trip to one of the Sandals resorts(undecided which one) and I want to get the best deal. Can you negotiate with the sales people, or do they have a set price? Also, any advice on which resort is the best?

      For five or something along those lines check out some of the other comparable resorts like beaches couples etc and dont think you can find the best deal [edit] just looked at the 550 airfare credit and dont think theyll negotiate on the off theyre currently.

      I have friends who are repeat Sandals customers and spend time with the reps emailing and on the phone. They usually get a pretty nice free upgrade. I don’t think the reps take money-off a published price, though.

      For sales promotions and when the sandals website for sales promotions and when the ones in low season and enjoy.
      The ones in jamaica seem to be the sales people do know many couples have gotten upgrades especially in low season and when the one with your local travel agency they are all very nice the one with the most popular good luck and enjoy.
