Can a plea bargain be overturned in Indiana if the alleged victim recants to the original charges?

ClairRobin asked:
The alleged victim accused the defendant of sexual abuse. The prosecuting attorney told the defendant the plea bargain was a one time deal and if he took the deal 4 class A felonies would be dropped. The plea bargain was to plead guilty to a class C felony. The alleged victim has been telling everyone over the past 5 years that the crime did not occur. What can be done about this?
